Complete the Honors Program Application Form and return to:

317 Graduate Education Building
Fayetteville, AR 72701

All applications will be reviewed and approved by the Honors Program Council. A letter of acceptance will be sent to the student within 10 working days of receipt of the application.

Following admission to the COEHP Honors Program, a faculty liaison advisor will be assigned from the student's academic department in addition to an academic advisor in the Boyer Center for Student Services.
